Chocolate Gift

Chocolate gifts are not hard to find, and usually a chocolate gift is very pleasing, especially to a chocolate lover!

Chocolate Gift

Got a chocolate lover in your life? Looking for the perfect gift? Why not give a chocolate gift?

Chocolate Gift Guide

Giving a chocolate gift to someone no longer means it has to be your spouse or significant other. Maybe your grandma fancies chocolate, but she lives half way across the country from you and you want to send her a gift for Mother's Day or her birthday. If you're looking for a chocolate gift for someone, you may want to start your search online at www.chocolate.com. There are chocolate gifts galore there. There are gifts for Easter, birthdays, weddings and anniversaries, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, get well, gifts to say thank you, gifts to announce the arrival of a baby, and gifts just because. And even though a chocolate gift is appropriate for any of these occasions, it's still a nice gift for a spouse or significant other. A gift of chocolate dipped strawberries or chocolate roses is a nice way to show your love.

Chocolate Alternatives

Got a female chocoholic in your life? Is she watching her weight? You can still give her a chocolate gift that won't pack on the pounds, and we're not talking sugar-free or low-carb chocolates. We're talking chocolate spa treatments. Many spas now offer all kinds of spa treatments that involve you bathing chocolate, being wrapped in chocolate or being massaged in chocolate. Now, this isn't chocolate isn't edible, but it sure smells like it! Some who have had chocolate spa treatments say their skin is soft for up to two days after the treatment. And chocolate is also known for its anti-oxidant features (similar to those found in green tea) that prevent premature aging.

To get products for an at-home version of a chocolate spa treatment, check out www.chocolate.com's "Chocolate Accessories" page. There's a Chocolate Lover's Shampoo, Body Wash and Bubble Bath collection, a chocolate-scented spa gift set, a Chocolate Mint Cocoa Truffle Bath Melt, and other chocolate spa gift sets.

Another way to really make an impression is to draw a bath for her--but not just any bath--an At-Home Cocoa Bath. This is a homemade version of a coca spa bath. Just light some candles, dim the lights, and have some chocolate kisses (and maybe strawberries) and a bottle of water nearby. Here's how you make it:

At-Home Cocoa Bath

1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/8 cup powdered milk

1/4 cup Epsom salts

1 tablespoon baking soda

1 tablespoon cornstarch

Optional: 2 to 3 drops lavender essential oil.

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then add as the water is running. A whirlpool tub works for maximum froth and foam.
